This is the first time I ever displayed any photography at a show,and it almost did not happen,(long story), However I managed to print, Frame & hang this show within a few hours.

All White Everything [HAZE @ KNOWN] the set-up

Last sunday I had a chance to meet one of my influences in the world of Design And in the world of graff,HAZE one.
he was setting up for his Stussy show at the Brand new knownGallery on fairfax. I don't "fan out" much (and I didn't) but this would of been the perfect time to, ha. After all this guy paved the way for cats like me going from graff to world of design, the gallery was sick, the floor was amazing! This is what a gallery should be, All white, Nothing distracting your eye from the art,Watching him set up was amazing, great day overall,

Japanese Peruvian Rap battles @ X-Large LA

last weekend me and my boy chizel went down to XL to check out a little peep show they were having with a few brands,including jslv, Dimepeice,Speak Easy, and a few more.This kinda reminded me of like a 'Magic/slate" after party, since i just seen alot of the same heads in vegas.


Joff and his boys......And the LOMOARIGATO truck was posted outside pumping out hot plates of japanese peruvian goodness!. Below.......... Element and meastro get into a little battle...well if you want to call it that,

Magic 2010

Here are some randoms from the magic/slate 2010, I didnt bring my cam to the show,I actually lost it for a sec, Go figure,But over all it was a good lil escape, stayed at the Venetian for the 1st time, pretty nice. The Creative rec party was prety damn crazy, I think jubal and I left at like 5am, Next thing I rembered I was in a back of an escalade taxi with Nick Diamond, Bumpin/watching too short. never met the dude before, cool guy he goes hard in vegas for sure. At Large Media for X-Large

I am glad I seen these samples the other day, at the XL peep show, I have been waiting to blog about this one, Back in 08 my good friend "Joff" ( Senior designer/Art director for X-Large la) gave At Large Media the chance to do some Graphics for their spring line ( I did not know it was for spring 2010 at the time).I have always been a fan of XL,I was hyped at this oppertunity, So hyped I dropped the ball and submitted nada. haah,However A few of the at large media artists submitted designs But they were really feeling my man STEVEN CHIZEL RIVERA'S work.They Ended up choosing 3 out of the 10 submissions steven sent, Here is one of them, I would say thats pretty good for a first round, no changes , No citiques, Chizel is the one who got me into the digital domain where i reside these days,thanks chizz! .Check out his Blog/Company BETA SCANNERS. Red Cup Campaign 2010

Some of you might of seen the Latest primitive VIDEO and might be wondering what is it all for,
It was a photoshoot for some upcoming products! A skateboard , A poster, And a T shit/ Crew neck sweater..
These items will be dropping march 1st. this campaign is causing alot of buzz this last week, I am glad I get these chances to be a part of fresh projects,( some how most os them include hot girls ) Im not mad at that!

RED CUP CREW strikes again!

The word is out, my doods at primitive launch their 2010 red cup campaign! I got a chance to retouch some of Hermies shots for this project, lay out a skateboard, And a poster!......will post some sneek peeks later! I get extremely hyped to work on projects with substance, Primitive never falls short that. Everything these dudes throw at me is pretty damn creative. way to go andy.

This will be fun!I got A chance to help out a good friend of mine, Thanya (nena soulfly) asked me to remix the Imix logo for a limited edition print, that I believe will go on Bags? Imix is my favorite bookstore in LA, so this should be fun. She gave me Two pretty good ideas to go off of,gonna knock it out this weekend .
...................Imix is currently struggling to stay open. They are holding a event soon Peep
