Menace ad 1995
This ad brings back many memories, Menace was another one of the brands I got to watch form in my "golden era" of skateboarding. When this ad came out it was pretty controversial, I mean biting the Wu back then could of came with reprocussions. Then when Kareem moved to our neighborhood in the valley, It was on!, 20$ decks, menace shirts 5 bucks,,,, good ol days, his house was like our skate shop for a while, We use to creep by and see what "Menace" pro was rolling up blunts in his living room, we had boards that werent even on the shelf yet, thought we were mad fresh!! ha....Ahh the good ol days!

Personal Fav (art in the streets 2011)
There is an abundance of amazing work at the moca right at this moment, allot of legends,
allot of legends were left out, how can you have an event on that magnitude and not leave deserving artists out,
nearly impossible, but cmon, no SINER LTS ? kind of hard to swallow. At Least there was one thing we could all be thankful for, no MBW on the roll call, could you imagine, there would be a line of artists waiting in line to jump off the 6th street bridge!

Pointy Boots for life
Why did no one put me on to this earlier! I have been MIA on the blog circuit lately cause I have been enjoying some of the finer things in life such as pointy boots, this morning my day was made by checking vbs.tv and seeing a mini doc on the craze, Its pretty controversial, Some claim it was started here in the US by "white washed" latinos, The candy ravers of the mexican culture,
Whatever the origin might be, Shit is flat out gross, I love it!
